SUMMER PUNCH

As summer starts this week it is so important to stay hydrated! In the sweltering heat water can get boring pretty quickly. To avoid picking up sugary soft drinks try this delicious and refreshing summer punch brought to us by The Australian Healthy Food Guide.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Serves: 6

Ingredients:

2 peaches, de-stoned, sliced in thin wedges, frozen

1 large mango, peeled, de-stoned, thinly sliced, frozen

2 cups ice cubes

750ml Just Juice 50% Less Sugar Fruit Juice Tropical

750ml soda water or mineral water

2 large passionfruit, pulp

Method:

  1. Place all ingredients in a large punch bowl. Ladle punch into 6 glasses to serve.
