We're improving your delivery experience! We have listened to your feedback, and understand that as a disability provider we have an opportunity to go that step further on deliveries to better support your needs.
So as of next week we're re-launching a new and improved delivery experience. This means better service and communication for all of our valued customers. Some improvements:
- We’ll collect your old box when we drop off the new one
- You’ll get better communication and updates (2 hour delivery window) about when meals are delivered
- We will better support your needs in where boxes will be left, or specialised hand-over service
To make sure that we can deliver these great new features, there will be a change to order cut-off and delivery day.
Order cut off for online, phone, email and text is now 5PM on WEDNESDAY
All Hit 100 customers will receive their delivery on a MONDAY (your choice, overnight or daytime)
These changes are happening now and will be in place for your next order.
