Dietitian coaching can sometimes seem out of reach, perceived as being too expensive or mainly focused on weight loss. However thanks to our friendly team of dietitians, people with disability have seen improvements in their health and overall quality of life.
Our dietitians are experienced in all aspects of health, wellbeing and specialise in supporting individuals living with a disability or chronic disease. They aim to improve not just their physical health, but also their mental health and overall outlook. Best of all, the Hit 100 dietitian services are fully covered on most NDIS plans!
What does a Dietitian do?
Dietitians cover a range of topics, including healthy eating, regular exercise and positive mental outlook. Our qualified team understand that each person is different, with unique circumstances and preferences, which is why they take the time to get to know you before recommending a health plan.
The Hit 100 dietitian team are experienced in supporting customers with allergies, intolerances, disorders, diabetes and other chronic diseases. As such they’re able to use their knowledge to deliver tailored meal and fitness plans that will provide positive health outcomes for each individual.
Easy access to Dietitians with flexible meeting options
Using Hit 100, you’ll have easy access to our dietitians. We understand that people living with a disability can sometimes find it challenging to get to meetings or commitments, which is why we’re flexible and will work around you.
Our dietitians can visit you in the comfort of your own home, meet you at a café, chat with you over the phone or via an online video call, and even meet you at a supermarket, helping you shop to your personal dietary requirements and budget. They can also hold education sessions with carers or support workers, to make sure they are up to date on your meal plan and health goals.
Why the Hit 100 Dietitians are different
The Hit 100 dietitians not only understand health and wellbeing, but they are also experts in our nutritious meal options and can help you organise a complete meal plan that will tick all the health boxes, and meet your eating preferences.
Sessions with our dietitians will usually last 60 minutes, and will include a getting to know you chat, taking into account your health situation, and what you would like to achieve; whether that be weight loss, feeling more energetic or just easy to access healthy meals. Your dietitian will set goals at the end of each session, and help you track and manage them along the way.
Our Dietitians will support you every step of the way!
We understand adopting a new diet and health behaviours can be hard! That’s why our dietitians are understanding and supportive. At Hit 100 we care about you, and the goals you’re trying to achieve, and we’ll support you every step of the way.
