Hit 100 was founded to provide holistic nutritional support to enable people with disabilities to lead independent and fulfilled lives. Our education programs help our community understand the basics of good nutrition. At the current state, sadly people living with disabilities are experiencing poorer health outcomes. What we know:
58 years is the average life expectancy of a person with a severe or profound disability in Australia
69% of Australians living with a disability are overweight or obese
53% of Australians living with disability are suffering from avoidable chronic illness
Healthier habits = longer, happier and more fulfilling life
Our health and nutrition workshops have been specially designed for people living with a disability, their carers and your staff. Led by our community team, these workshops are designed to teach clients how to maintain and improve their health through better food choices. Our workshops are around 30min - 2 hours depending on the size of the groups.
Participants will learn about:
🥦 5 food groups
🍲 Recommended portion sizes
🥑 How to make healthy snacks
🏊🏻♂️ Factors that contribute to good health ie. sleep, exercise and mindfulness

How it works
Discuss your client goals so we can customise our training, and choose if you’d like a health only information session or additionally a Hit 100 product offering information session.
We come to you and it’s free! The main purpose is to promote healthy eating, provide easy tools including recipe suggestions and portion size guide. We also provide a tasting of our healthy NDIS funded meals.
Your clients walk away with new tools and information on how to sustain healthy habits, and we encourage them to join our Facebook community to connect with likeminded individuals
The best thing is, these workshops are free and we come to you! Currently we’re able to service the Sydney area but we’re expanding quickly so feel free to get in touch even if you’re interested in a session interstate. Fill out the form below and one of our team will be in touch in the next 24 hours.
