Monika Lobejko - Sydney West and North West
Monika graduated with a Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics, with First Class Honours from the University of Wollongong and is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) recognised by the Dietitians Association of Australia.
Before she started at Hit 100, Monika was a membership consultant in the health and fitness industry as well as an in-field marketer and brand ambassador in the food and beverage industry. She worked in nutrition research, developed group education sessions across various clinical areas, which is where she grew a strong passion for helping people with disability.
Monika began her role as a Clinical Dietitian at Hit 100 in June 2018. She is incredibly passionate about supporting clients with their individual goals along their unique health journey. She believes that everybody should have the right to access and enjoy good food, which is her underlying motivation as a clinician.
In her own time, Monika actively seeks opportunities to build her skill base. She is currently studying Massage Therapy part-time to gain a more holistic approach to her practice and a deeper understanding of the human body. When she’s not studying and visiting clients she loves staying active by running and practicing yoga, experimenting in the kitchen and embracing nature by tending to her herb garden and taking long walks in the bush.
