Hit 100 is on a mission to shift the social services and healthcare system’s in Australia to create communities that can thrive.
Our programs use technology, science and a dedicated team to educate, support healthy habits, make good nutrition accessible and ensure there is help there when you need it.
Everyone needs a little help sometimes but our most vulnerable communities have been overlooked and undersupported for many years. Sadly we know that Australians living with a disability and our older Australians have poorer health outcomes than the average Australian, across a range of preventable conditions including obesity, diabetes and heart disease.
We are proudly setting out to be part of a solution that can change the lives of those who need that extra support and to partner with individuals and families to ensure that every Australian has the opportunity to live a healthy, independent and quality life.
