Growing up Sarah has always had a passion for nutrition and dietetics as well as helping other people. She was able to turn this interest into a career by graduating from the University of Wollongong in 2017 having completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics with First Class Honours.  As part of her degree, Sarah completed a thesis on Food Security in the Older Australian population where she aimed to identify barriers affecting their ability to access healthy food. In 2016, Sarah spent one month in rural Southern India, where she was helping to increase the health and hygiene of new and expecting mothers.

Sarah started as a Clinical Dietitian at Hit 100 in June 2018.  She enjoys meeting new people and being able to use her knowledge of good nutrition to help individuals reach their unique health goals and live an enriched, healthy life.

In Sarah’s spare time, she enjoys playing netball, travelling to different parts of the world and immersing herself in different cultures and taking her dog for a walk, especially along the beach.
